Our console takes only seconds to set up, and it’s ready to use right out of the box. Our pendants are light-weight and easy to use. We provide additional pendants at your request.

MEDICAL CONCERNS?
If there’s a medical concern we should know about, we’ll keep your records on file. When we receive your alert signal, this medical information is displayed immediately on our computer screens. We share your medical information with the dispatched response team. Rest assured, all medical records are completely confidential and used by our response specialists only in an emergency.

Avoid Forced Entry with SECURE-a-Key
Be prepared in the event that your loved one is unable to answer the door in an emergency. With Secure-a-Key, medical responders can easily access a stored key that will allow them to gain entry without forcing the door open.

How it works:

1. We’ll provide a special combination-lock box that can be used to hold an extra house key.
2. This highly safe and secure box is easily locked around your door knob. In an emergency, we’ll provide the combination ONLY to the emergency personnel who will be arriving at the door.
3. The responder will then quickly access the key and gain entry into the home, eliminating the need to physically force the door open.
